Ikea silicone stoppers for Granas?

The glass plate of the Granas rests on silicone stoppers that are inserted into the metal table frame and on whose rounded surface the glass plate is adjusted or non-slip positioned:

Due to exposure to sunlight, these stoppers have now lost their shape and have become oily-yellowish; as a result, the glass plate slips around on the frame – are there replacement parts available at Ikea or something similar at the hardware store?

You need to ask customer service about that. You have the part number in your picture.

Thanks for the tip, unfortunately it wasn't very helpful.

First I called, then after what felt like 10 minutes of menu navigation (and I DO have patience for this kind of thing), during which the section "spare parts" or "questions about products" didn't even appear, I hung up in frustration.

So I sent an email, since that's offered as a contact option on the homepage. Feedback came immediately, great! Answer: Please use the online contact form for your inquiry

In the contact form, I'm then asked to provide my personal contact details for a "spare parts order" – but I don't want to order any spare parts yet, I just want to know IF these things even exist as spare parts.

Well, if those things still exist as spare parts, you want to have them too, so you might as well order them right away – it doesn’t cost anything. If you want to speak to someone personally, you have to say something incomprehensible until you are put on hold and connected to a real person.

I am very reluctant to provide all my personal data online unless absolutely necessary. The parts would have to be picked up on site anyway, so why give all the data online just to find out if they even exist? Maybe they are even in one of those machines in the service area, where you can exchange these wooden dowels for a 50-cent voucher, and wouldn’t have to be ordered individually at all? I only stop by IKEA once in a blue moon, so I just want to know if there are any replacements at all, for heaven’s sake!

I will definitely try that; after two times incomprehensible, so far I only got a repeated "Pardon?", but maybe you have to mumble something incomprehensible 10 times :D
