Hi friends,

somehow I seem to be the only one with this problem. I bought a wardrobe Pax and the black aluminum frame for it. One of the last steps is to hook in the dust protection strip (where you also have to cut something out at the top) and then screw it in. But this is aluminum, how are you supposed to get wood screws in there (4 extra screws that are exactly for that purpose). I have already googled but somehow I am the only one with this problem. I also checked if I got the wrong side without holes but there aren’t any....

Does anyone have a tip, thanks friends!

I assume that this is about the dust protection strip (rubber lip) of a sliding door and specifically the front one. Both this and the sliding door must have pre-made holes. If you have clipped the dust protection strip in correctly, you must align the holes by sliding the dust protection strip up/down. Get a second person to help you with this. A flashlight can also be helpful to see the holes better. It definitely works with the small screws, although the effort to screw them in properly should not be underestimated (the screw head should remain intact). The holes in the front door are present on both sides to allow the doors to be set up individually (i.e. left or right stop). The felt strip is glued into the other "groove".
