The one next to it sticks out a bit too far. But it could also have something to do with the oven.

Take the drawers out again and check if the carcass is perfectly square. If you don't have a square, then measure the diagonals. They must be exactly the same length.

What can I do now if the diagonal measurements are incorrect? I can't remove the cabinet anymore if the countertop is already installed, can I?

The countertop can also be removed again. Check first. Also hold a spirit level vertically against the sides.
