Hello,
a week ago I bought 3 white Ingolf chairs and this week the fourth one. I was already surprised by the lighter cardboard of the packaging with the last one.
And indeed, the chair was changed in detail:
All non-visible parts are no longer painted (for example, the underside of the seat and the insides of the side rails), before it was completely white.
The crescent-shaped washers are no longer made of milky plastic but of metal.
The paint layer seems to be thinner, all cracks and fitting inaccuracies (especially at the backrest cross) are no longer covered with paint but visible (does not look very nice).
The shade is slightly different!!! This chair actually has a different shade of white (could that be related to the suspected thinner paint layer?).
What should I do? Return the Ingolf chair and ask for an old version? How does it work with already assembled furniture? Can you exchange the Ingolf chairs?
