IKEA Furniture Taxi

I have a question:

Many Ikea locations offer this IKEA Möbel taxi. For everyone who once again bought more than they actually wanted (it is said to happen :confused: ) and then realize - oops, that will never fit in the car.

Can someone tell me if there is also the possibility to somehow order the items online and then have them delivered by Möbel taxi? I absolutely need the Kuhfellsessel as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. My problem is, she always has the car on weekends. So I would have the thing delivered to the office with the IKEA Möbel taxi and then take it home in the evening.

of course you can order things online at IKEA. Just through the IKEA homepage. In your case, the shipping for the cowhide armchair would be €9. However, I can't tell you whether it will then come by mail, some parcel service, or with the IKEA furniture taxi.

I haven't heard of a proper IKEA furniture taxi yet. But this one also does IKEA transports. But if you order it over the internet, then you don't need a furniture taxi at all, right? They'll deliver it to your office then!
