IKEA FAKTUM RATIONELL drawer - connecting piece broken

Hello everyone,

I am in the unfortunate situation that I have broken a part of the drawer Faktum RATIONELL. There wasn’t much force involved, but apparently I opened it a bit too much from the side. In any case, the right connecting piece has broken off and since I don’t know what to call it, it is also difficult for me to look for a replacement. Does anyone know if I can somehow get this part replaced?

If you have any receipt, you can enter the number. Or you can go to the nearest IKEA store and visit customer service there. They will definitely help you further there.

If you can still get purchase documents from the previous tenant, that would generally be good with regard to the 25-year warranty.
