About 15 months ago, I bought a dishwasher LAGAN at Ikea, which stopped working after 13 months with loud beeping and constant draining. My call to customer service and reference to warranty / guarantee was casually dismissed with the question of whether I was using the device "commercially." I replied: if you consider use in an office as "commercial," then yes. They said that nothing could be done under warranty or guarantee, as the terms and conditions exclude warranty/guarantee for use in a coffee kitchen (commercial). My repeated note that the dishwasher in our coffee kitchen is used less frequently than in a private household was also ignored. So I had to let the Whirlpool service technician come, who after 40 minutes and removing the water level sensor (approx. 20 euros in material costs) presented a total invoice of 181 euros. With a purchase price of about 350 euros, this is a relatively poor cost/benefit ratio after almost a year. My conclusion: poor service, questionable terms and conditions,
