Ikea Besta TV cabinet problem: drawers not aligned

I have a problem with my newly purchased Besta TV cabinet 180 cm. I wanted to install 2 drawers in the middle of the three elements. The problem is that the drawers absolutely do not align vertically, resulting in extremely ugly gaps (the lower front is offset to the right, the upper to the left)... Changing the pull-out hinges did not help either (lower front right, upper left). I cannot swap the drawers themselves because the lower drawer is larger. Is there a way to fix the problem? Has anyone had a similar problem?

Unfortunately, your information is a bit sparse, so I can't quite imagine the problem.
Can you please post the article numbers of the installed parts (carcass, drawers, fronts, etc.) here.
