Ikea Besta planner is freezing, what to do?

Hello!

Some time ago, I planned a Besta wall unit. Now I wanted to go to Ikea tomorrow to update and print the plan, but I haven't been able to open the planner for days! It always stays at the message "Your personal storage planner is almost ready!" with 83% shown... I have now temporarily planned everything again on the Austrian site, but not everything is available 1:1 like at the German IKEA and the prices are different too...

Can anyone help???
