Ikea Avsikt jalousie wardrobe, looking for spare parts for jalousie

Hello, this concerns the Avsikt blinds cabinet from Ikea. When pulling up the blinds, they no longer roll around the spiral, but fall down the back. There is nothing described about this in the assembly instructions, and I can't get any replacement parts for it from Ikea anymore. Unfortunately, the warranty has already expired. Does anyone have any idea, I am desperate.

One can probably only try to repair it. I have not seen the parts yet. There is probably a spring in the roll that seems to be broken or has come loose. You need to find the exact cause; only then is it possible to develop ideas for a repair. If you do not know the parts and cannot see them, it is difficult.
