Hello dear community!
I am new here and found this forum through Google search :)
I don't know if I am posting in the right forum, so it can be moved if it doesn't fit. But since I am still in the planning/idea phase, it seems right to open the topic here!
It's about the following:
I have acquired a vacant plot of land in the countryside very cheaply. It is relatively large with nearly 2100 m². The dimensions are about 35m (width street side) by 60m (length).
If I now build my planned bungalow with about 10x12 m floor area on it, I think I have a bit too much garden around.
My idea: Since I am already investing money, why not do it properly. I will not only build my house but also two others that I will then rent out!
Now to my question:
Can I, as a private person, even get financing for something like this? Equity would only be the land! Is it possible to set up some kind of company to which I transfer the land to minimize the risk for me? Would I get financing with this newly founded company?
I look forward to your answers
Best regards Volka
