Can't the property management forward your contact details or even a short message from you with your concern? That's how I got my former condominium.
Thanks, good idea. We will try that.
Didn't you recently bump lightly against the fence with the car while inspecting the property? Of course, then you are obliged to clarify that with the owner.
It is a legitimate interest, and the land registry office can give you the owner's details.
However, there have already been reports here that for some land registry offices the purchase wish is a legitimate interest. I find that more than silly, but as described above, you can also get the data relatively easily that way.
Thanks for the idea. ;)
Unfortunately, the purchase wish is not a reason for legitimate interest in our case. That was our first call we made.
Just ask the residents of the semi-detached house
Unfortunately, they are very uncooperative. Finding out which management company looks after the property was quite a coincidence. They certainly don’t want anything built behind them.
If the tip came from the postwoman, she should still remember the owner’s name (?). Then you search in the obituary notices of the local "cheese sheets" online. They often list the condolence address of the heirs.
Thanks for your idea. The postwoman is just the postwoman to us. She runs a small corner shop and accepts packages from a delivery service. Our son always gets gummy bears there and he has always been the door opener for a nice conversation, so she wants to help us and is also asking around (she is currently waiting for a regular customer to ask again). The aforementioned postwoman lives opposite the property and knows the owner by sight, but not by the full name, as he was rarely on site himself and lived elsewhere.
I will now check the notices. I never paid attention to that since we live in a city with 250,000 inhabitants.
