many heartfelt thanks for the suggestions already!
We have now swapped the sink with the toilet and moved the towel radiator behind the door, it looks much better! We will still consider the suggestion with the shower toilet, thanks for the brilliant tip!
We could still change the window at the toilet, the one at the sink is fixed.
