Hello,
I want to build a semi-detached house together with my brother. The apartments should have about 110 sqm of living space.
Unfortunately, we are limited in our choice of plot, as there are only plots with a north orientation in the building area, i.e., the street side is the south side. We currently have a plot reserved that is 26 m wide on the street front and 29 meters deep. Our idea was actually to build a longer symmetrical house with a gabled roof, with the ridge running parallel to the street.
Does anyone have an idea how to make the best out of the north orientation? Possibly with a different arrangement of the building? My brother wants to live in his apartment himself, I would like to rent mine to seniors.
Thanks,
