Yup, there is currently statics with sandwich panels. With 24cm walls that’s not a problem. Ideally there is thermal insulation since the garage is also used in winter. Therefore pure concrete would not be ideal, or I would have to insulate separately.Have a reasonable structure planned by the structural engineer. Keep in mind that you want to put a lot of weight on the roof. You can simply calculate generously with 50kg per sqm - so with a version without roof penetrations, that can be over 3 tons of weight. Or the system is screwed directly to the roof, then less - but for that you also need a concrete plan. I would now simply suggest a classic concrete ceiling according to static requirements. Waterproofing on top and then photovoltaic with weights.
