Yup, there is currently statics with sandwich panels. With 24cm walls that’s not a problem. Ideally there is thermal insulation since the garage is also used in winter. Therefore pure concrete would not be ideal, or I would have to insulate separately.

Well, how far the edges of the building stand away from the property boundaries, of course. Buildings privileged to the boundary have height limits, and the total length of boundary walls is also limited (usually 9 + 6 = 15 m). The roof construction is something completely different again. I meant: why for example solar panels on the roofing instead of as roofing?

All right, distances don't matter, I am on the construction site and could also build a 1.5-story building there. The property is quite large.

hmm you mean the roof made of solar panels. I want to have some insulation on top and can it be sealed? I've never heard of that except for carports or terrace roofs.
