Idea generation for the design of the base area of the house

I have some questions regarding the design of the base area.
I have attached a picture.
In it, you can see the gravel and these grounding wires that are present at every corner of the house.
What should I do with the wires?
The area with the gutter should also disappear.
I have two empty conduits that are supposed to go into the ground.
The other two will receive a PL600 (which has an insert to remove dirt from the gutters).
What can I do around the base so that it looks attractive?
Different stones? White gravel and a leveling behind it?
Maybe someone has some tips or suggestions, also in the form of pictures.

I have a total of 4 downpipes, one on each side. All of them cover the strips where the side walls of the house were joined together. 2 are blind pipelines and the 2 open ones are connected to my [Zisterne].

Company Elk Fertighaus. Model Easy Living 121. To my knowledge, they also build in Germany; here they have a factory in Austria. Or do you mean the cistern?
