Hello everyone,
unfortunately, our beveled wall (115mm calcium silicate brick with reinforced concrete strip on top) was not built with a slight offset as shown, but directly against the door jamb:
The door opens 90°, but it's already quite tight (some plaster is coming off).
Ideas would be to choose a slightly less protruding handle (this is still the construction door) - and/or to create a recess/small niche in the wall (but how? - the electrician has a tool for socket core drilling, I can't think of anything else). Possibly even several and put decorations in there?
Or is it all a silly idea and just simply choosing the slightly narrower handle?
Looking forward to your feedback - design is not really my strong suit :\
