Idea for living room layout with furniture arrangement and TV position

A couch as a room divider is okay, as long as it doesn’t just waste square meters ;) What confuses me here is the drawn size of the TV. Not even we have such a small blurry screen [emoji14] If it turns out to be real, then in my opinion the two "viewing windows" conflict, the TV takes away the effect of the fireplace. Well then, I have three suggestions on how I would arrange it if I had to move in there ;)

I probably expressed myself a bit poorly. The window front is actually 5m long. A section of about 2m opens from right to left. The architect mentioned a lift-and-slide door. I researched the price of a glass folding wall last night. That is actually likely to be significantly more expensive. I'm curious about the offers from the window manufacturer. ... But this glass folding wall is really great :)

I had exactly the same concerns. Originally wanted 75 inches. But I think no more than 65 inches should be hung here. Otherwise, it is simply too big compared to the fireplace. The image from the fireplace builder is not to scale regarding the TV. He simply inserted a picture so that I could see where I wanted to hang the television.

Well then, I have three suggestions on how I would furnish it if I had to move in there ;)

I don't dislike idea 2. It could become an interesting approach.
