Hello everyone.
I am in the middle of construction, and now I have a question regarding the sealing/drainage of the garage. Both garages stand side by side due to boundary construction. Since the neighbor’s garage is already built and mine has only just been masonry, I am wondering how to finish the gap (60mm) between the two garages at the top in order to drain rainwater from both garages so that no moisture gets into the gap.
In the attached photo, the neighbor’s garage is visible on the left. After my garage is completed, it will be a few centimeters higher.
I was possibly thinking of a sheet metal inclined towards both garages so that the rainwater is drained off both garages and the gap is sealed.
