How to properly dehumidify in a new building? Is granulate recommended?

Good day. I am moving into a new condo. The indoor humidity is naturally still quite high. Therefore, I want to initially support the rooms besides proper ventilation! Does it help if I place granulate dehumidifiers in the individual rooms at the beginning? Or how should I proceed to quickly dry the rooms? For example like this? - During the day, of course keep the windows closed and let the room warm up (southeast side) and at the same time run an electric dehumidifier for about 4 hours. - When I come home from work in the evening, turn off the dehumidifier and do a quick ventilation according to the ventilation plan (of course also in the morning before I go to work) - I would then additionally leave the granulate dehumidifiers in every room. Would that be okay? Or are there other tips. Thank you very much Erika

Given the current weather conditions, moisture is indeed a problem.

Although we have been living in our house for 1.5 years now, the humidity has increased quite significantly in the (more or less) warm season over the past few weeks. In winter, we were at about 40-50% humidity. Currently, it is at 70 ->80% (despite the ventilation system running). Good ventilation – especially during the cool morning and evening hours – would be a good measure. Unfortunately, the current weather situation is quite "pissy," so airing out does not have the desired effect (in the worst case, the opposite effect). Hopefully, this crappy weather situation will end soon – the high humidity is extremely unpleasant.

At least we have set up a granular dehumidifier in the bathroom. I empty the water out every 2 days. At first, I was amazed at how much collected – now not anymore.

I am also grateful for further tips, as this high humidity annoys us.

Thank you for your experience.
Why don't you use an electric dehumidifier?
And what data do you have, for example, in the bedroom? (Room temperature, humidity) e.g., on such a rainy day?
In my old apartment, I currently have 60% at 22 degrees.
Would this value be okay?

Well – because electric dehumidifiers have not been necessary so far. A month ago, the humidity in the bedroom was between 45 - 55%. Currently between 67 and 74%. Temperature should also be about 22 degrees – lower at night, since the window is usually open at the moment (as long as it’s not raining – OK, I see the mistake: windows are mostly closed and ventilation is running because of constant rain).

At 60% humidity, I wouldn’t have constant stomach aches – especially since this (from my perspective) is currently due to the weather conditions (that’s why I don’t take our high value TOO seriously yet). Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think this humidity is normal when moving into a new building.
