It is and remains a demolition house. If the shell is built inside, a perforated and vulnerable old brick wall remains. That is called a bargain house... which then often becomes a money pit because the buyer imagined everything romantically and doesn't consider that a single-family house must be complicatedly built inside, which a craftsman is not necessarily eager to do. One should imagine what the brickwork will look like after installing the windows or the little house with standard plastic windows - then the charm is gone.

I estimate a size of 8 x 10 meters. When the single-family house is built inside, not much floor space remains for the planned rooms.

Close but not quite, I would estimate: 10 x 14 plus the eaves-side annex.


That just can't be; I can't imagine that. Somehow you have to get up to the two attics after all.

I suspect it was previously used as a carpentry workshop with an apartment above, do you know more? (The less you know about the building, the more I'd let it wait for another groom).


If it only differs from a hay barn by the windowing, its unromantic shell value is about zero (including: even less!).

10x14 m is about right. So far, there are only two ladders in the building to access the attic. The building was simply used as a workshop and has been vacant for a while since the user passed away and the relatives have enough other, better buildings for use.
