I have my own. There are definitely some for lawn tractors, but my property would be much too small for that. In general, rolling with the tractor is, of course, better. Pulled by hand, you first create additional unevenness because, due to the high pulling force you have to apply, you make deep shoe prints in the soil. Hardly any tire tracks remain from the lawn tractor.

I'll take a look at it. Is it actually bad if I roll the lawn again after 2 years of growth?

Definitely not. But the effect is likely to be zero. Or do you still want to fill up [Senken]?

Yes, we have all kinds of holes and depressions. We want to fill and level them.

Hi!

We did this weekend with a friend who worked as a gardener for a while.

We did it by hand, so we brought soil with the wheelbarrow and he spread it with a rake. Then we spread fertilizer (lime) and seeds, raked in after that, tamped down and watered.

I have to admit that distributing the soil requires a good eye. I didn’t find it so easy to know how much soil should go where. It’s also deceiving how much soil is needed: two wheelbarrows and that’s enough? No, 17 and spread much wider.

It’s also interesting that the pro spread a lot more seed than I did or than indicated on the package. According to the package: good for up to 500 sqm; as he did: one package for max. 200 sqm.

Regards
