Of course there is a planner, but that is not finally clarified yet. That was only mentioned in the last meeting last Saturday. Ultimately, the structural engineer has a major say in "where and how thick the concrete basement wall must be below the 49er Ytong wall".
That means the problem doesn't even exist yet!!!???
Well, then he should just plan away the stupid base overhang again and the problem won't arise at all.
