Oh sorry, I just checked again... 10k could be realistic. I forgot the barn near me during the demolition... only the house was about the same size and the barn was twice as big.

2.5-story house with an additional 2-story barn and pigsty including approx. 80sqm concrete/vaulted cellar approx. €22k. Previously estimated at €25-35k. Quite a bit of asbestos was discovered.

Get several offers - we had a range from €22k to €45k with 4 offers.

In the case of pollutants in debris, the range of offers tends to be particularly broad – a specialist company is not always the most expensive. But if the cheapest is a daring criminal, the client faces the penalty hammer. Therefore, I would not pay too little attention to the disposal certificate.

We paid about 14,000 for 8x15 plus garage. There were a few asbestos panels included.
