so 2500€ monthly rate never ever!!! there are also additional costs in the house, you have to build reserves for repairs etc. and it’s already enough to be sick for a long time and only receive sick pay and honestly, 2000€ a month is not enough for us to live on without rent. and that’s even though we only have the company car, no expensive hobbies or leisure activities and also with clothing/consumption we are more or less average, okay we spend a bit more on groceries and insurance but overall I don’t know where we could tighten the belt significantly thank God we’re not directly in Stuttgart! we would like about 140sqm, so that everyone has their own office detached with a small garden or semi-detached house (more realistic) you definitely give me courage, probably you have to get used to these big numbers first

Rough guidelines (of course, depends heavily on the house and its condition):

per month

Maintenance €1 per m2, more for old buildings = €140
Additional costs €2.5 per m2, = €350
= other house costs approx. €500
+ capital service €1700
= total burden €2200

2k with 100k equity means you only save for 2 years? I would seriously reconsider the house and rather go for a large condo. Are you sure at your age that a house with a garden is necessary now? So far, the apartment was good enough.

The calculation with 100k in 2 years at an average of 2000 per month is not quite right. Calculate again.
And there is also a bit more available, we could use 100k and still have enough for incidental purchase costs, kitchen, furniture, and buffer.
I have only been earning properly for two years... and before we could save, we first had to pay off Bafög debts and a car (we haven’t always had a company car).

And what do you mean by: "at your age"? Surely not the youngest home builders/buyers, but with today’s prices, it’s hardly affordable under 30 (unless the parents chip in heavily).

We find a condominium uninteresting. Better to rent and move if something doesn’t suit you.

That all reads reasonable and coherent. You are reasonable in your life planning and are already doing the right thing. In this respect, I also don’t believe that you want to afford an overpriced Jette villa, but rather a reasonable (small), manageable house for two with some comfort. That’s going well! You can calculate.
