How many empty conduits are advisable when constructing the floor slab?

So seriously: Who of you would spend 150€ more if you could save it with two clicks on the internet? Surely no one wants to give anything away here?

With us, the multi-utility house connection is prescribed by the energy supplier and can be obtained relatively cheaply through them (600€).

With us, Netze-BW requires a multi-duct. It cost me about 800€.
Pipe 1 = Electricity
Pipe 2 = Telekom + Unitymedia + 1 empty duct from the municipality for fiber optic)
Pipe 3 = Water / wouldn’t have to go through the multi-duct but since it’s already there.
Pipe 4 = Water to the garage/garden etc.

Where can you get them at this price? I assume that is gross.

We have a Hauff MSH Basic, it came via the shell builder back then, possibly it was net. You can currently buy it for 750 on Ebay, there are also cheaper ones from Hauff for 600.

And with building a house, the 150 (difference between 750 and 600) extra is too much for you? Great, that's going to...

Looking at it differently: that's a 25% surcharge. Not everyone consistently sticks to that. Sometimes it's worth taking a closer look.
