How many coats for good coverage?

While we're on the topic of painting.

Since we are expecting a child soon, I repainted the second children's room, which was used as a guest room and storage room. I used Bauhaus paint Swingcolor costing 32 euros for 13.5 liters, not cheap but not expensive either.

It was a nightmare, I was used to Sto Rapid white, there's worlds of difference in coverage. Covering black streaks was almost impossible with the first coat.

Next time only with Sto sounds like a slogan but it's true.

Is true. Sto supplies almost 100% companies. Says the journeyman, boss, what kind of crap are you buying, it has to be 2-3 rolls to cover, how many hours should I need for this house!... Then Sto is out. DIY stores, only HAGEBau with Renovo goes there, Brillux is in there, real branded goods. But also not cheaper than Sto. Karsten
