Hello,

since I have finished my preparations, I have taken a look at the history of the house purchase up to now. It's crazy how long such a project takes. Although I don't see any real acceleration on my part. In particular, the priority notice of conveyance only took a few days.
In total, it is about 4 months from the first viewing appointment to the handover of the house. With renovation etc. until moving in, it comes to about 6-7 months. Sounds daunting at first, but that’s ultimately how it is.
