How large does the photovoltaic system need to be?

The idea does not arise from the pure modules or their arrangement but rather from the fact that inverters over 10kW as hybrid are at least not known to me, and with 2 strings in parallel, not all small inverters can handle the current.

If there are 15kW hybrids, we agree ;)
