In our building application, the construction value is listed in Appendix 6.
How is this calculated?
What impact does this value have on the financing?

I ask this because the listed construction value there deviates significantly downwards from the actual cost of the house...

No impact on the financing. But I believe the fee for the building permit will be calculated based on that.

AFAIK according to a standard (DIN?), possibly. I would have to check our building permit ... Don't you need an authorized thingy (architect/construction engineer)? What does he say about it?
