Hello,
a question for clarification on the topic of enclosures.
In our development plan, it states regarding enclosures that they are permitted and exempt from procedures in the case of
a) enclosures within the inner area,
b) open enclosures without foundations and plinths in the outer area that serve an agricultural or forestry operation,
c) retaining walls up to 2 m in height.
So if we are interested in a fence / wall exactly 2m high, does that mean we need a procedure = building application + structural analysis? But at 199cm it would not be a problem?
Or do you think the authority would turn a blind eye at exactly 2m? On one side it borders a city property, which is basically a street, on the other side a neighboring property. Of course, we would make sure not to cause any trouble with the neighbor and want to keep to the height.
From where is the measurement taken? Top edge of the ground level to top edge of the wall / fence?
What are your experiences?
