To me, it sounds like the house in question is supposed to be placed in the garden of the currently inhabited house ... - does it have to be so small because of that (little land coverage ratio left)?

You do not discriminate by stating facts. By the way, this does not apply to pensioners! Just ask a bank...

As for my age, I am happy to be called a lateral thinker and simply doubt these strange numbers in my passport. Anyone can claim that..... Differences between pensioner/retiree might exist, but I know even less about financial topics; I was just surprised by the low interest rate and the amount we both received despite our age.

I don't actually find that funny. There is no equality between retirees and pensioners – and equality plays a big role in our country.

I do not disagree with you. Similar inequalities also exist between self-employed and employees and in many other areas. Not only at UEFA is there still a need for progress on the topic of equality, but right at one’s own doorstep. You only really notice it when you yourself are on the disadvantaged side.

It does not matter in terms of age and the likelihood of kicking the bucket sooner than a 40-year-old whether one is a retiree or a pensioner. Dead is dead. Debtors gone. Loans outstanding and unserviceable claims in the books.
