How do I install cables on a concrete ceiling?

I want to lay a cable on a concrete ceiling in a garage or a larger hall. Unfortunately, the nail clips I am used to do not work, the nails do not hold in the concrete on the ceiling.

Is there another possibility? I would appreciate tips.

Yes, there is a - unfortunately somewhat more expensive - option. There are brackets that consist of two parts. One part is attached to the ceiling, then the cable goes in and a cover goes on top. They cost about 8 EUR for 15 pieces, I believe. The brackets and special nails are included; these are thick short nails that you hammer into the ceiling and that have a thread on the head where the brackets are screwed in.

But with concrete, it's often not exactly easy either. I usually do it so that I drill a 6mm hole every 50-70cm, insert a plug, and then simply screw the clamp tight with a cordless drill. Then the cable goes in, the cover goes on, and it's done. It's a bit of work but will last the next 50 years.
