It’s the same issue as the pointless discussion about the roof tile color. Whether granite or slate gray. It’s all the same to me since I don’t have to look at it.

You can balance 3m height differences with natural stones, but then you’ll be missing the money for the house :-p

I cannot approve of it, but I understand: I see a "causal connection" between the tendency of neighbors to tear each other apart and the currently "modern" quality of building areas (often they should actually be called "parcelled-out military training grounds" – the wrong location for viticulture among other things, but too crooked and bumpy for house construction). There is already little "room for maneuver" to further restrict oneself through neighbors' wishes. If you then add that the current "generation of building owners" largely consists of only children from "Egocentric-ville," you really have to put the en"closures" in quotation marks.
