Houseplant infested. Does anyone know this pest?

The usual suspects are scale insects, thrips, mealybugs, and spider mites. I have had quite good experience with Compo Triatlon Insektenfrei.

Sometimes neem oil also helps (diluted and sprayed on the leaves and also watered to strengthen the plant).

Beneficial insects are also good, but I haven't tried them yet, although my peace lily currently has thrips again :rolleyes: maybe I should order some as well...

Looks like some kind of louse or something similar to me. In my family circle, the leaves are always sprayed with soapy water and the plant is placed outside for a few days.

It's really hard to figure out. Thanks for your tips. Let's see what we can do.
