Houseplant infested. Does anyone know this pest?

Could it possibly be woolly aphids? We also had something like that on a plant that was too dark.

You are supposed to get the creatures. They can be found at the big river. These are beneficial insects that eat the larvae of most pests. When the pests are gone, they die. Done.
