We are looking for a good house builder who meets the following building authority requirements with their house (for a rear plot): maximum house footprint 82 sqm, one full floor plus a converted attic with a maximum roof pitch of 45 degrees. KFW 55 would be great. Whether wood or solid construction, we are flexible. Brale Haus offers something like this too. Does anyone have experience with this company? Who can advise?

No, basically I would not reduce a working house model, and especially not in this category. I would rather extend a smaller model.
