What do you expect to read now? Nobody here knows your very personal needs and as voki rightly pointed out, it also has to fit your budget. For me personally, for example, a large living room and bathroom are important; the rest can be reduced to a minimum of practical use. The next person would like a large bedroom, etc.
I know many floor plans with 160 square meters and more and find them absolutely terrible, meanwhile also designs around 100 sqm which I find successful. It always depends on the mind that plans a design.
Children leave the parental nest faster than you can (still) imagine today

.... but I would emotionally prefer >120 sqm, the children will grow up as well and need space...
