We didn't have to bring money. But a good appearance and the financing confirmation ready shows preparation and real willingness to buy. Often, at open viewings, there are simply curious people.

When I sold, there were also some people there within a very short time. In total, three parties were then willing to pay the price that was asked. We did not allow a mutual bidding war. I'm just not much of a seller for that. But it is a good way to increase the profit.
