No, because the reference period is still only 12 months, after that you are allowed to earn fully again.

Whether the classic splitting is still possible after 01.07., I do not know yet, I will look at the application only in these days.

Explain to me again about the tax class... the choice between 3/5 or 4/4 or 4/4 with factor does not matter and only results in higher or lower back payments?

For the tax, yes. Ultimately, the wage tax is only an advance payment towards income tax.

For parental allowance, however, the tax class is significant because the parental allowance amounts to about 65% of the net salary. So the higher the net salary, the higher the parental allowance (as long as the maximum limit of €1800 is not exceeded). If you pay a little more in advance by switching to tax class 5/3 than in 4/4 or 3/5, you can get that back through the tax return.
