House price okay? KFW 55, 190 sqm, without basement

We actually wanted to - but the window installer told us that this is not possible for some due to the size / weight or would require a 12 m belt.

From my own experience and because I initially thought it was unnecessary gimmickry....I no longer want to miss our electric roller shutters.

Why don't you use straps? These are cheaper than the cranks. Electric roller shutters with the up/down function cost about €270 each.

We want to take another look at the crank with the window manufacturer. Otherwise, possibly only do part of it by motor and the bedrooms by hand or something like that. For the whole house, that is already significantly more expensive.
For that, we have already chosen our clinker (Antik 1807) – it’s slowly becoming more tangible.
The municipality said that the connection to the property alone will cost about 1500 to 2000 € – uff. But well, we somehow already expected that.
