Hello, in our new housing development there is still a plot available. Approximately 540 sqm. The cost for the plot is 193,000 euros. The house should have about 140-150 sqm. High-quality fittings. Flat roof. Without a basement. What kind of costs can one approximately expect?

which heating, which technology, how many bathrooms, which rooms, KFW70/55, which construction type (timber frame, aerated concrete, Poroton, with/without insulation), own work, how is the floor etc. pp? To be able to make a statement regarding the price, more information is needed. You might just as well have asked: how much does a blue car with a premium equipment and 4 wheels cost. :-)
