Your house surely had a blower door test. The windows are sealed then. I would focus on the appearance. Function as well as flaws and dents. Take a close look at everything. Definitely bring support with you. Because four eyes see more than two. After all, you will sign for it in the end. Before you look at the defects, first check whether everything you ordered is present and correctly installed. Our neighbors were missing some smaller items like the outdoor water tap. Also look at the gutter. Often there are already dents from the installers, which can later lead to rust more quickly. Are the tiles at the ridge not just laid but also properly fastened? And so on.

Most of it has already been mentioned.

[*]Maybe still check for scratches on windows. We had a few panes that got a bit of a scrape from the cleaner's trowel.
[*]Check tiles if that's important to you. We discovered 3 tiny chips afterwards that we didn't see during acceptance. They are hardly noticeable.
[*]Check sockets/light switches. We had a whole room without power.
[*]Does the heating, ventilation, water connections, all taps work, is warm water coming out everywhere it should
[*]Do the doors close flush, are there gaps, do they all move easily?
    [*]Scratches/dents on any surfaces
[*]Do all roller shutters/awnings etc. work
