House floor plan - Where could I make improvements?

Sorry, where it says OG there should be the raised terrace and where it says DG there is a balcony.

The floor plan template is from the architect, just in DXF format. I transferred the architectural plans to my graphic program so I can move things around more easily.

My wife does not want an open kitchen living area!!!
The heating room in the basement is already full of technology, heating, buffer tank, boiler, ventilation system, etc.

Does anyone have experience with a Zehnder Compfair 550?
