House construction with a granny flat - extension?

It's just the base price of a general contractor... there are some items on the construction side like rainwater drainage, etc. The standard is also inspected at 95%... 20000-50000 Our base house cost 150000. Overall, we were at 220000 - for the house! Not for additional construction costs or anything else

What bothers you about a plaster facade? - by the way, you could also put it positively: Not cladding with bricks saves 25k with them

Is this only common in northern Germany with the clinker? Here, 90% is clinker. The other looks like a prefabricated house. (my personal opinion)

But really – because: the cladding of houses south of the NDR and WDR broadcast areas has begun its triumphant advance in the prefabricated house segment. And the wild cladding in aubergine or vanilla (instead of coarse Mettwurst, as is customary in Münsterland) came with the Windows house planners – including the ready-made seasoning mix for "Villa Toscana style in Würselen"
