House construction - we need trustworthy and reliable companies

We want to move out of our apartment and build a house - can you recommend reliable and trustworthy companies?

We live between Wiesbaden and Darmstadt - we do not have a property yet. It should be built in this region

That's not how it works....

You have to keep an eye out in your area for the tradesmen's box trucks that have the printed advertising slogans "reliable" and "trustworthy". Those are the right ones! You are on the safe side if "Handschlagqualität" also appears. Then you can pretty much check off the topic of tradesmen and take care of more important things!

We need a car - which good car can you recommend to us? We want to buy the car within a 50km radius. We don't have a driver's license yet ... . This is how the question reads for everyone who has dealt with the topic of house and construction. And what if someone tells you, "the Rolls Royce is great because it has everything" and the next person says, "buy the Dacia, the price is great and everything else is unnecessary." Somehow, both are right. Look for a plot of land, take a trip to a prefabricated house exhibition to first see what wishes you have for your house, write them down, take some photos. When the plot and wishes are clear, then look for a construction company that can best do exactly what you need. The forum here can then help again.
