Hello everyone,

I just wanted to quickly ask if it can be dangerous or if there is anything to consider when there is a stormwater retention basin located directly adjacent to the property on which the house is being built.

But from my perspective, if the property is sold despite this, there shouldn't be any danger from it, right? Moisture or anything similar?

Thank you very much for your suggestions.

At most a mosquito plague (depending on the weather that year). And you just have to keep the children away from there, but you have to do that anyway, no matter exactly where you live. But no one builds right in front of your nose :)
