My advice for halfway reasonable coordination would be not to do it yourself. Leave the electricity to the electrician, apply for gas and water with the plumber, sign their forms blank and rely on the fact that they know their own people, and hope for the best.

We are building with a general contractor and are responsible for the coordination ourselves. The general contractor would have offered this as a "service package" for €2,000. But that was too expensive for us.

It was totally uncomplicated for us. Telekom works together with our electricity provider. After we agreed with Telekom, they contacted the electricity provider and told them to include internet. Electricity and water supply also work together. They also carry out the necessary excavation work themselves and you get a credit if you apply for these together.

At the first construction site appointment, it was no problem to get everyone to the site so that everything could be discussed.

I was also very worried about how to coordinate something like this, but it really worked flawlessly because our local providers all work very well together.
