I think the offer from the general contractor and the earthworks contractor overlap heavily.
For us, the earthworks contractor connected the sewage cistern with the rainwater system, also a cistern, connected to the downpipes, done together. Cost in 2013: 5500€.

I just looked it up specifically because I didn’t have this item in mind – it was actually included in the purchase price according to the notarized contract. And what we have stated there is:
- Water house connection costs: flat rate up to 10m
- Water connection fee: € per m² of property size
- Sewer connection fee: € per m² of property size, which was about €1600 for us (466 sqm * 1.25 * €2.75). Please don’t ask about the factor, no idea, it should actually be derived from the municipal statute or something like that.
