House / carport with L-shaped stones or are there better alternatives?

To create a level connection between the house and the carport/storage room, it appears that we need to pile up soil on the right side of the house (looking at the house/the carport from the street). So far, a retaining wall made of L-shaped stones has been considered, which would then be embedded in the soil on our side of the property. Do you know of better options? I don’t even know how many centimeters we need to fill. Towards the street (i.e. the driveway), there would be a slight slope, but the carport/storage room should be level. (No "preview image" was offered for the second photo.)

If no static requirements need to be met there, you can simply work with planting stones or planting rings.

With us, a 2.5m high wall was built and statically approved with them. If it's only a few centimeters, you don't even need to bury them too deep or concrete them with iron. If the height difference is more than hoped, bury them deeper and add iron.

What height will the carport reach?

Nice try, but is both the questioner and the -answerer  The question why the house should be so much higher than the street has already been ´overlooked´ several times ;)

So far, no one has understood why the carport absolutely has to be 30 cm higher than the existing neighboring property, and the house - without a basement - should hover 80 cm higher than the street. Sensibly, one would consider the street and the northern boundary as given and derive the finished floor height or carport height from that.

I don’t know the answer to that. And I can’t ask the planner. There is only the architect of the prefab house manufacturer and his work is finished. I hope he had a reason for it. In the meantime, we’re simply just glad when the house finally stands and we have a working heating system, hot water, etc. And we lack the experience to question the decisions of the experts, even though we really try very hard.

Unfortunately, I do not know that. I only wanted to deal with it once the house is standing and I have everything in front of me.
